Appointments
If you are a new customer, please arrive 5 to 10mins before the commencement of your appointment so as to complete the paperwork.
If you are a Groupon customer, please make sure that you have your voucher ready on arrival.
The voucher can be in the form of a screenshot on you phone or as a hard copy.
Otherwise you may go to the App Groupon on your phone, go to my stuff and open your voucher ready to redeem.
Unforunately treatment cannot be carried out if your voucher is not valid, you would need to make a repayment for the treatment directly to Sparkles R us .
Only ONE customer allowed at a time and unfortanately no children allowed to accompany you.
The above mentioned facts take time to do on arrival.
This could affect your appointment time by making your treatment time shorter.
Late arrivals will have their treatment time shortened so as not to affect the next customer's treatment time.
